目前看来，中小尺寸的OLED面板发展主要还得看苹果的脸色，但由于iPhoneX的销量不济，从年初到现在，苹果手机OLED面板订单削减的消息便不绝于耳，当然也对供应链各环节产生了连锁反应。

可是，苹果官方却从来没有正面回应削减OLED面板订单的事情，仿佛还不承认自己的iPhoneX卖的不好。近日，根据StrategyAnalytics最新发布的全球智能报告显示，iPhoneX自2017年11月正式上市以来，苹果已经在全球范围内出货了近5000万部。由于苹果在2017年发布的新机里面仅有iPhoneX是首次采用OLED面板，而且三星是苹果手机唯一OLED供货商，而2017年苹果手机OLED面板需求总量约为8000万片。也就是说2018年，iPhoneX采购的OLED面板总量约为5000~5500万片左右，远远少于8000万的最初订单量。

由此可见，iPhoneX的销量并没有苹果当初下的订单预期那么高。外媒报道显示，由于iPhoneX销量低迷，三星OLED工厂开工率不足。英国《金融时报》报道，三星OLED工厂目前的开工率仅为50～56％。一、二手旧机械设备进口原因如下：

1）工业发达国家的有些企业,或因竞争需要而加快设备更新;或因相互兼并而调整产品结构;或者经营不善而停业倒闭,总有一些设备被淘汰或闲置,源源不断地进入流通领域,形成国际二手设备市场。

2）是一些资本雄厚、竞争能力强的跨国公司,为加快产品更新,占领市场,一般在设备使用5～7年(zui多10年)之后就要更新。

3）这些设备价格较便宜,大体只相当新设备价格的1/3～1/5。我国企业正是利用这些条件,从国际市场上选购技术比较先进适用、价格低廉的设备,来缓解外汇紧缺的困难,并可缩短建设周期。

二、进口二手设备的手续如何？

1、贸易方式：目前国内采用zui多的国际贸易条款有3种：EXW、FOB、CIF。不同贸易方式，进口商承担的责任不一样。EXW贸易条款进口商需要负责国外上门提货，国外清关，海运，国内清关；FOB贸易条款进口商需要负责海运及国内清关；而CIF贸易条款进口商只需要负责国内清关。
